You can grow this Andean grain here in Canada. Naturally abundant gorgeous plant. Flowers turn beautiful shades of pink, orange, yellow and green as they ripen.
Let plant flower and mature fully. Harvest as greenery dried back and seeds fall from plant when shaken. Collect and screen seeds for both eating and/or saving and re-planting.
